Online Ordering Guidelines and Procedures

Scribe Writing Essentials now accepts Online Orders. This is due to the demand of our customers who don't have access in any of our physical stores. To guide our customers who are interested to order online, we've created this blog which contains a step-by-step procedures in our online ordering process.


1. Visit our website www.scribewritingessentials.com


2. Click "Shop Now." You will be redirected in the list of brands that we carry.




3. Select the brand and the item(s) that you want to order. Click "Add to Shopping Bag" to add them on your cart.






4. To view your cart and formally proceed with your order, click the "My Cart" icon at the upper right page of the site.




5. Double check if the items listed are correct, then click "Proceed to Checkout"




6. Fill-up the "Shipping Details" and click "Place Order." (Note: Make sure to give your FULL ADDRESS - House no. Block & Lot no. Street, Barangay, Municipality, Province - to avoid shipping and delivery problems. Please give also your active mobile number).




7. We accept BDO Bank Deposit payments only - either deposit to branch, mobile app, or online transfer. Our account details are:

Update: We now accept BPI payments! Our details are:

After depositing the payment, please send a picture of the deposit slip or any proof of payment to jazz@scribewritingessentials.com. We will send you a reply within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt. If we did not reply, please send your proof of payment again.

If you want your order to be shipped out within the same day, please make your payment on or before 1:30 PM (may vary for online and mobile payments).


8. We will now process your order. We will send you another e-mail regarding the shipping details and tracking information of your order. For Metro Manila, our lead time is 1-2 days. For provincial areas, our lead time is 1-4 days.


9. Keep your lines open. Our courier might contact you once they are about to ship your order. They might also contact you if they are having a trouble locating your address.


10. If you are not around and our courier arrives to deliver your order, you can ask anyone in your house to receive it for you providing that they have a copy of your valid ID. They also need to present their valid ID for authentication. Note: Please be advised that there should be no fees to collect upon receiving your order.


11. When you already received your order, please check if there's a missing or damaged item. Inform us immediately once there is.


12. If you received the package in good condition, please inform us that you already received your order to update our tracking sheet.
